Usage Note
Orakulo is borrowed from Spanish 'oráculo' and is used in literary, historical, and religious contexts to refer to a divine pronouncement or the source of prophetic wisdom. In the Philippines the term may also loosely describe any person regarded as exceptionally wise or prophetic.
