Usage Note
Matibi is the actor-focus stative form of tibi, describing the condition of constipation as something that befalls the person experiencing it. Because the condition is involuntary and stative, the ma- construction is the natural and essentially only form — no object-focus counterpart exists for this purely bodily state.
