Usage Note
Heometriya is borrowed from Spanish 'geometría' and is the branch of mathematics concerned with shapes, sizes, and the properties of figures and spaces. It is taught in Philippine schools as part of the standard mathematics curriculum and is a technical term most often encountered in academic settings.
