Usage Note
Sinseridad is borrowed from Spanish sinceridad and is used in formal speech, essays, and declarations to express genuine truthfulness of feeling or intent. In everyday Tagalog, katapatan is more commonly used, making sinseridad feel slightly elevated or literary in register.
