Usage Note
Tatlumpu is the standard Tagalog cardinal number for thirty, formed by combining tatlo (three) and mpu (a bound form of sampu, ten), following the regular tens pattern shared by dalawampu, apatnapu, and the rest of the series. It is used in all registers for quantities, ages, and measurements.
