Usage Note
Landi describes flirtatious behaviour — coquettish gestures, playful teasing, or calculated charm intended to attract attention. It is used more often of women in traditional contexts but is applied to anyone. 'Naglalandian' means two people flirting with each other. It ranges from playful to mildly critical depending on context.
