Also means
In older usage, reseta can also mean a recipe for cooking, though resipi has largely taken over that sense in modern Filipino.
Usage Note
Reseta is a Spanish loanword whose dominant modern usage is a doctor's prescription for medicine — pharmacies in the Philippines require a reseta for controlled medications. The older culinary meaning of recipe survives mainly in older or regional speech, now largely displaced by resipi.
