Usage Note
Talipandas is a strongly pejorative term used to describe someone of loose morals or shameless behavior, more emphatic than simple words for 'bad' and carrying a sense of moral disgust. It is rarely used in polite conversation and is more common in heated arguments or literary descriptions of villains.
