Usage Note
Saling-pusa literally means 'cat's touch' and describes someone — usually a child — who is allowed to join a game or activity in a non-competitive, token capacity to keep them happy or included. It is used warmly in family settings and neighborhood play, acknowledging the inclusion without full participation.
